Description: Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

Viisted 63 degrees based on previous reviews.
Location of table - poor - back of 1 seat virtually touched door to toilets.
Three of us ordered dauphinois potatoes (on the waiter's recommendation) with main course, as meat served with one small vegetable portion- main courses arrived but no potatoes. Staff then went to serve another table. Advised staff that potatoes were missing, told on the way. Five minutes later, asked again for poatoes, told on way. Asked again told on way - lamb continuing to go cold. Stated we wanted potaoes to eat with lamb, told by waiter to eat lamb whilst waiting for potatoes. One portion of potaoes arrived - shared by two people. One lamb meal returned as now cold. Second portion of potatoes arrived with new lamb. Third potatoes never arrived !!!!!!!! As only small portions served a further vegetable otpotato product is really needed! Food is ok but nothing special.
Wine put on table and staff walked away - would have been nice to have had at least the first glass poured!
Party of 8 each had three courses with wine - cost £115 per couple.
First time we have never left a tip at a restaurant.
French restaurant in the Midland more expensive but food/service exquisite - this restaurant simply does not compare !!

Absolutely fabulous food and wonderful service. The prawn and pea puree starter is stunning, as are the chicken and the duck, both of which are cooked at 63 degrees. My finace and I went when it just opened and I have returned since. It is totally beautiful food at very middle of the road prices and I strongly recommend everyone to try it, you will not be disappointed.

We went to 63 degrees as keen to have genuine French food and there are few options in Manchester. We had the taster menu (5 courses £24) and each course was lovely, highlights included the scallops and signature chicken. Would definitely recommend and return soon.

Fantastic, beautiful restaurant, great service, delicious food, elegant surroundings.

Our group had scallops, duck, risotto, escargot, chicken, gravlax..

3 weeks ago we went to another "top" restaurant in Manchester...it doesn't compare to 63 Degrees - Jay Raynor get here!

Will come again soon (please lovely boyfriend)!! £50 per head for 3 courses, wine (2 bottles between 3) and service...but well worth it.
