Description: Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

This is a lovely restaurant and the food is excellent. Great service, lovely decor and ambience. The food was just beautiful. I had the pea and prawn starter which was delicate and tasty, the signature chicken was to die for and the rice pudding and salted caramel was lovely - was a little surprised that it was intentionally cold but it really worked. I would without hesitation recommend this restaurant - I will be visiting again for sure - the pricing was just right too.

We have now been to 63 degrees twice - the first time on a Saturday afternoon chez toddler and the second time on a Satuday night "a deux".

So the first time was awesome... we managed to feed l'enfant in a highchair (a highly delicious, mummy anti-hip, goats cheese omelette) then he took a post lunch snooze in the buggy whilst Mummy and Daddy consumed a bottle of Rioja and indulged in a steak and veg extravaganza. Nice.

The second time was a planned, baby sitter booked type outing. And the staff and chef did not disappoint!! Amazing, lovely ambience - gracious, polite staff, crisp white linens - fresh imaginative specials and beautifully cooked dauphinoise!! Only topped off by my request to "take home some macaroons" which was fulfilled graciously and beautifully!!!

Absolutely by far our very best restaurant in Manchester - we will return with fond memories! Thankyou.

I've visited 63 degrees twice now and each time have left with a smile on my face. This family run restaurant has a very different feel than most in Manchester in a very good way. The service is welcoming, and friendly, and the food is as good, if not better then any of the other French options in the City Centre. I would highly recommend the signature dish - chicken cooked at 63 degrees. Well worth a visit, I hope enough people go so that the doors remain open.......

Went for lunch on a Saturday and was utterly delighted. Sensibly sized menu of 8 starters and 8 mains. Baked eggs wonderful and the 63 degree chicken signature dish is to die for. Interesting and sensibly priced wine list. A little quiet when we were there but otherwise faultless. We will return

3 amazing courses:
1. Chestnut and duck cappuccino
2. Beef Filet
3, poached pears
all amazing dishes and the best steak I've had in the UK.
1 bottle of cheap wine, water and a couple of drinks
£200 for four but worth it for special occasions
