Staff friendly and comfortable surroundings. Room a bit small but overall happy with the price I paid. £53 inc breakfast which was a full English. Website said on site parking but upon arrival I found out it was a multi car park which cost £10 for 24 hours which for central location is very good for Manchester.

£109 Friday evening - night of One Direction concert, so busy
Booked a family room; double + sofa bed, a little squashed but OK; breakfast included, free wifi (too slow for streaming); pleasant bar/ restaurant.
Parking is at local car parks.

Lovely friendly staff here and a really nice clean modern hotel. Room was very good and excellent beds.my friend and I had singles which were very comfortable. Only let down was the'free' _breakfast which was dismall okay if you just like continental but don't expect a full English. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs sausages and beans. The queue for the food was also a little chaotic and they kept running of cutlery. Other than that very much a great stay for the money.

Stayed on business and would stay again, breakfast decent, staff friendly, clean and great value. The Shudhill tram is a 2 min walk away as is the bus terminal. Very short walk to the main Arndale shopping center. Car park a minute away cost £4 for 12 hours or £5 for 24hrs. I believe these are the co-ordinates to get you to the entrance of Goadsby Street. 53.485874, -2.235683. I used an old sat nav hence my problem and should not be a problem with more recent sat nav map. Its a bit away from the main road so was quiet and there is a local supermarket just to the left of the entrance - 100 yards. Did not eat or drink in the hotel but only because meeting colleagues in town for a meal.

Room Tip: I was on the 1st floor in the room at the end and it overlooked the small street approaching the hotel but did not notice noise.
