“Beautiful building but bad service”
Reviewed October 19, 2013 via mobile

Booked in advance for afternoon tea with a couple of friends and there young child, made sure they knew in advance, when we arrived there were no spare chairs for the toddler as the family who walked in off the street got them seconds before us and there are apparently only 2 in the whole building

After waiting 45 mins we finally were given a pit of tea for 4 with only 2 tea bags so it never really steeped, 2 couples got bored waiting and gave up and left.

After watching one large group finally get there cream teas we realised at the rate if waiting we probably had another 20 mins to wait so we left ..
