visted the town hall on a few occasions, its simply a stunningly designed building and you could never get bored of appreciating the attention to detail that has. the insides are very historic and nicely brought utp date whilst keeping the original design intact.

“As Grand a Building as you would see in any great european city”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 10, 2013

manchester Town hall dominates Albert Square in the centre of Manchester and i always make a point of wandering past the building when I am in town.

As a backdrop to the Manchester xmas markets it looks wonderful, and you are not disappointed when you venture inside with tall ceilings, elegant rooms and the ambience of class.

“A nice stroll from the tourist information centre back into the heart of Manchester”

You will pass by this town hall if you'd just got off the megabus or been to the tourist information centre heading towards the Piccadilly garden. Nice architect!

“Great wedding venue, also good for afternoon tea!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 29, 2013

Friends got married here last year and the venue is a stunning setting. Its grander and more beautifully decorated than most churches providing amazing photo opportunities for people who do not want a church wedding or indeed cannot have one. The service itself was lovely and guests are encouraged to explore the building further at that leisure. The main foyer downstairs is also open to the public most of the time and is famed for its afternoon teas.

“Well worth spending a little money on a tour.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2013

History of the building, Architecture.
You can just wander in and look around. A cafe is also located on the ground floor. It is well worth paying for a guided tour.
