This out of the way fantasy land, will bring your imagination alight with pictures of historical battles. You can see the wonders of how hard it was to storm a rampart. How shear the walls are, how many trenches there were to slow the enemy and tons more. Its the land the writers talk about and if your a fan of David Gemmell or Raymond E Feist or David Eddings.
You have to go here and let your imagination run free. I go to this place regular, I enjoy the relaxation. You can do what you like there. I play cards with my friends who are really the only people who go. I recommend this place to anyone who likes the time of old.
Remember this place is in the middle of Manchester's City and is almost out in the country. This is an ideal place if you work in the city and have a spare lunch break. It's just off Dean's Gate before the bridge.
Don't worry the people who go there are nice and polite. Mostly. If your interested in Roman times this is the place for you. Theirs a portcullis and loads of things that refer back to Roman times.
On the Hattonus scale this magical land reaches 10/10. It's peaceful, relaxing and is stuck in the middle of a massive city. Don't miss this extraordinary place. You don't know what your missing. Otherwise you will never know what a great place you have missed.
