From the moment I arrived I felt very welcome. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Although the hotel is in a great location, for the price paid I was very disappointed with the room. Very tired and warn looking, scuffs on the wall and stains on the bedstead. The upgrade thats just beed started is very much needed!
Saying this - we went to the restaurant by the lobby for dinner and it was excellent - both the food and the service! & good value for money.

Raddisson @ Manchester Airport was always a convinient hotel for my business trips.
However my last was desapointing.
The hotel is under some rennovation.
Restaurant area limited to the hallway. Less food options especially for vegetarians
Room service menu limited
And the worse of all the rennovation. The workers start really heavy duty jobs at ca. 7.30. This is nothe wake up call I was expecting. I was really anxious to leave the room ASAP.
Reception said very sorry. The noises shouldn;t start so early. But each they day did ( 3 mornings - really!)
What is worrying is that this is a long term rennovation and it might get worse.

Room Tip: no idea with this contruction side good news: free wifi internet working :)

Stayed for 1 night before our flight to orlando, the room was great had the business class including breafast, films, coffee ect. Great for the airport as you are only meters away from check in. Only moan was that the pool was a bit cold for me.

Room Tip: Business class includes breakfast and free films and cofee ect

First a massive well done to the staff who are really impressive. The hotel has a great location- but the rooms are tired and the pillows have to be the worst I have ever encountered in probably over 200 hotels!

If you're catching a morning flight from T2 at Manchester Airport this couldn't be better placed. The welcome was good and on request we were given a runway view room, much more interesting than the airport roads. The whole hotel is being refurbished and the main restaurant is closed. The rooms are being upgraded and the furniture certainly needed attention. Could we have 2 comfortable chairs in a double room please? Flat screen Tv was strangely positioned high up on top of a stacked tea making and minibar and it didn't really belong there. They say they're spending £millions on the hotel and if it really is smartened up and brought into the21st century it will be a major asset to the airport. It used to be excellent and maybe will be again. But at the moment judgment is suspended.

Have stayed here three times now pre-flight and it is a very efficient and convenient hotel. Large comfortable bed, clean and bathroom etc fine. Nice toiletries. Never had a view over the runways which are probably nice, but there is no aircraft noise so a good nights sleep can be expected. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Great receptionist who helped me access the free wi-fi when I had a problem. sorry I don't know his name but thank you! Never eaten at hotel but there are some free snacks, fruit, water, cereal bars etc for early check outs.

I stayed for just one night in that hotel which should be just minutes wal-way from the terminal building. In fact it took more than 15 mins from Terminal 3 with my suitcase to walk to the reception desk. The hotel itself is pretty nice, offering a small pool including a sauna and a solarium. The gym is good equipted with a trainer on demand. In the 9th floor is a observation bar offering a fabulous view over Manchester´s airport tarmac but with limited space to sit

Room Tip: Try to get rooms facing to the terminal building! Fantastic view over the airport!
