If you didn't know about this place, you could easily walk straight past. Situated within an old market arcade at the end of Deansgate, near to the huge tower that hosts the Hilton Hotel. Don Marco Restaurant was quite simply one of the nicest Italian's in Manchester.
The warm welcome and the offer of a large table even though there was only 2 of us was a great start to a lovely evening.
However, it was the food we went for and it didn't disappoint. Both for taste and presentation they got it spot on. We only ordered traditional pizza and pasta dishes on this occasion, but we will return to try the steaks. There was also a varied dessert menu, which we found irresistible. Including a couple of bottles of Merlot, the bill was very reasonable. Thanks for a great time to all that served us.
