This hotel is perfect for a stay in Manchester, shopping and places to all-around mean is a great location.

We had a great room, with a lounge and two bathroom, clean modern and all the things you want, even a games table.

Staff all happy to help and attentive, this is a nice friendly hotel with all that you expect from Marriott .

Stayed here for two nights. Check in easy. Good location however alot of levels in hotel and lift is extremely slow.Rooms large and clean however the downfall was that they did not contain fridge and did not have wifi. Wifi was an extra £15 pound a day which is ridiculous for a four star hotel. I Had breakfast one morning which I regretted immediately £15 each for a boring buffet. Breakfast staff not helpful at all had to ask three different people for tea. Also was annoyed that the hotel has the check to charge £5 pound service charge when good services was not received! Customer should have the option! All in all I would not stay in this hotel mainly because of the wifi situation.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I will pass on your comments regarding the buffet and the breakfast team. Wi-Fi is complimentary at the hotel for our Marriott Rewards members, enrolment is available at the front desk and is also complimentary in the bar and lobby area. I do hope you choose to visit us here in Manchester again in the future.

Very nice hotel, good position, good parking, good staff - no complaints.
The room we had was on the 8th floor, was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, there was a Hair Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron, excellent Tea and Coffee making facilities with Biscuits. Plenty of Shampoo etc in the En Suite

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night with my boyfriend. On arrival we were greeted by the checking in staff who were very friendly. We were lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade to the top floor fancier room which was great. A member of staff offered us some Jaffa cake bars whilst we was at the check in desk. The room was lovely, simple and clean. 2 large king beds. Nice bathroom. A nespresso machine. Nice toiletries and even chocolates on the pillow. The room was rather loud at night but that's just part and parcel of being in the city centre on a Saturday night. If your a light sleeper, take ear plugs. The windows are a little old and not soundproof and was confusing on how to open/ slide them across as we were a little warm. The breakfast buffet was tasty, food cooked beautifully. The kitchen staff were friendly and chatty and took their time to ask how your day is going which is a nice and personal touch. Somebody was going round with tasty smoothies in shot glasses and offering them.

Overall I couldn't fault this hotel. There is many personal touches that you don't get in other hotels such as the Hilton. The staff are a credit. I will book again if ever staying in Manchester.

Fabulous hotel. We are returning guests and this trip certainly did not disappoint. The staff are so helpful they seriously go out of there way to make your stay as good as possible. We stayed in room 1216 and the room was amazing.
This hotel is in the middle of town centrally located. Parking is available at an extra charge.
Breakfast is plentiful lots for everyone's individual taste.
The hotel bar has the most fabulous cocktails!
