I've been going to Pinchjo's off and on since it opened a few years ago. I was there most recently a couple of weeks ago and it's still as good as I'd remembered. The food is tasty and well presented and there's an interesting range of drinks - cocktails as well as wine. Service is friendly and efficient and there's a good atmosphere. Pinchjo's is quite small so it can be a bit of a squeeze during busy periods, but if you're in South Manchester and you're up for tapas, this is probably the best there is.
