I stayed here with my family before flying out to france. Quick check in, rooms spacious and clean. Ate in the restraunt, nice food. Courtesey bus on time . We had a great deal with parking included. Definately would use again, especially with the right deal.

Purpose of this stay was to get a good nights sleep before our long flight to Vegas , but this was a waste of time due to the noise all night of constant banging doors and people returning to their rooms late with no consideration for others.I have previously stayed in the raddison but thought I would try the cheaper option .....big mistake what with the stench of stale cigarettes and the mentioned noise I think it's back to the raddison for me the extra £40 is worth it.

We booked into this hotel after the Hilton were overbooked and sent us to this hotel.

When approaching the reception desk we had a grumpy receptionist who couldn't smile and asked us only for our name. She checked our booking and asked us to register. While we were registering she had a chat with her colleague - and could suddenly smile and laughing. When completing the check in she was the grumpy receptionist again. We had already our first bad impression about the hotel - thanks to the grumpy receptionist!

Once we settled into our room and we were about to hang our clothes into the wardrobe - we found a pair of boxershorts from the previous guests in the wardrobe. It was clearly to see when opening the door. I doubt that someone checked the wardrobe prior our arrival.

We ordered room service - as we felt too tired to head down to the restaurant. we called down to place our order and it took 4 minutes for someone to answer the phone. the room service took only 20 min. I must say that the chips are very tasty. but the portions are very small and very expensive.

The check out was quick - but the receptionist skip the "good morning" greeting and wanted only our room number. The shuttle service is very good and the driver who helped us with our bags was friendly and cheerful (even if it was 5am).

The reception staff is letting the hotel down. Guests are only returning if they get treated well - and with a smile. I will definately NOT return!

Having stopped before and found it very convenient the night before an early flight with having a young child, we decided to stay again.
The Hotel has always been very clean and food and service excellent in the restaurant and bar.
Front of house at reception very efficient, but some could be a little more polite and courteous.
After arriving at T2 I phoned the courtesy phone in the airport for 10 minutes then finally got through at 14:35.
We waited for the courtesy bus, and waited and waited and waited, I phoned the hotel reception at 15:00 to be told a bus was on it's way.
We waited and waited and waited. I phoned again at 15:20 to be told they will send a bus straight away. And we waited, and waited.
Finally the bus arrived at 15:35. An hour we had been waiting.
When you have been on holiday especially with young children all you want to do is get back to your car and go home.
When I asked why it took so long, there was no apology or real explanation just something muttered with a smile about the driver doesn't always here them when they radio.
I would recommed the hotel and porbably stop again but be warned you may be waiting & waiting & waiting & waiting for the ellusive courtesy bus to come and pick you up when you get back to the airport.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the unacceptably long delay you had to wait for our courtesy transport from the airport. As a result of feedback such as yours we have now brought on an additional bus to cover busy periods to reduce any waiting time and we regret the inconvenience you were caused.

My sister and I have stayed here twice before morning flights to the USA. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is very good. On our second visit we booked the Real Deal (50 GBP each), which included dinner and breakfast. We thought that it really was a real deal. There is a shuttle to the airport terminals, but they are also within easy walking distance. The only disappointment was that the public Internet was not working.

Stayed at Bewleys for one night before a flight from Manchester. Had to wait 15 minutes before we could check in, although it was early evening which i assume is peak for airport hotels. The hotel itself is average but well maintained, the bar/restaurant is large and although i did not eat there myself my colleagues said the food was good. The rooms are travel lodge standard, with a small tv with basic 1-5 channels. It was very basic without charm and overall a very average experience.

I am a regular user of Bewley Hotels and in particular Manchester airport. I use it to avoid the stress of getting to Manchester AP for morning flights. It also gives me a few hours extra sleep. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to the AP and has civil and helpful staff. My missus and I have favourite rooms which we are invariably able to successfully request. The Beds and bedding are warm, clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for such a reasonable price.
