our latest stay was good again and is really close to the airport,it was VERY busy with 2 coach loads of man utd fans over from ireland for the game. they were well behaved and there was no noticeable noise. a good hotel and good value for money.

Room Tip: if you're wanting to go into manchester (if you're traveling next day ) for a day out allow...

Ok....So I understand that this is an airport hotel and this was my second stay in this hotel for a Stay & Park deal which I agree with others that Bewleys offer an excellent deal but there are room for improvements of which I shall list as Pros & Cons.

Pros
Ideally situated 5 mins away from terminal buildings
Clean and modern hotel
Bar & restaurant very good for overnight stays before your holidays.
Staff friendly and efficent
Shuttle bus is very good (Both ways)

Cons
Minor confusion of what you need to do with your car when you book in as the car park is somewhat slightly confusing with the numbering of bays etc, although the staff are helpful they seem to think you should know the set up.....

On return is my biggest gripe
T2: you need to be a sniffer dog to find the freephone to contact hotel (around a hidden corner by some desk) I know this is not the hotels fault but I'm putting this in so the hotel can apply pressure to airport to improve the situation.
When you return to hotel the the reception is swift in getting your keys to you....what they don't tell you is where the hell your car is..........4 different numerical numbers I had on my last booking in slip, spent 15 minutes walking around the car park looking for my car, went back & reception pointed out another number which was the other end of the car park....Is it to much to ask for the car to be as close as to reception as possible as we all just want to get home upon our return..

I know it's a airport hotel, but there needs to be more of a personal feel to this place....The customer checking in and staying needs to feel welcome and not just another stat for the corporate metrics.

Would I stay here again or reccommend it to others....Yes I would as I believe these minor gripes are easily fixable with some staff training of customer needs.

As with most people, I stayed in this hotel prior to catching an early flight the next morning. Conveniently close to the airport, with a free shuttle to/from the terminals AND the train station, its fine. It has free wi-fi, and bar/restaurant onsite are comfortable and pleasant (though a little pricey). Room prices reasonable, though book ahead for the best rate (mine, booked 6 days before was £59).

Beware: it can get VERY busy at check in/check out, so allow plenty of time if you're leaving to catch your flight.

I stopped here with my partner on September 17th for one night before departing for Mexico the following day. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Terminal we needed and a shuttle bus came to collect us the following day to collect us. From the minute we arrived it was a quick and efficient service. As we were leaving our car in the car park we were given the documents to take to room to complete before returning them and leaving the car round the back of the hotel for the staff to transfer. We had tea in the hotel bat which was very pleasant and till we left were very impressed with the friendy service we received. We will definitly be using this hotel again.

Hotel situated next to the airport which is very good. Hotel very cold, heating on full in room. Had a meal in the bar lounge as food too fancy and expensive in the brasserie, would have cost around £40 with drinks in. Meal not good in the bar, had jacket potato and beans and it was just warm and the potato was hard. Partner had a burger and chips, burger was hot the chips cold. I ate mine as hungry but partner left some of his, told the waiter when he asked if everything was OK, didn't do anything about it. Stayed at crown plaza last time and it was fine, wouldn't stay here again. Cold whilst writing this, only a small radiator in the room, not ample enough for the size of the room.

Very good hotel.
Rooms excellent and shuttle service frequent.
Bar has a good menu.
Would recommend over radisson, Marriott and premier inn as price/location/parking is great
Reception staff could smile a little more as manners cost nothing
