I found this place online while working away in Manchester so no booking. Luckily, despite being busy they didn't turn away a solo diner which a lot of places do. The food was delicious and excellent value, especially as I made it just in time for happy hour. Service was quick and friendly. By the time I left there was a queue and wait for tables and this was on a Tuesday night. The only reason its four star rather than five was because of how little room there was between tables, some of the larger tables had so many people that couldn't get out once sat down. But overall I couldn't fault the quality of the food.
