I wish I could actually go to eat and give a proper review, at the end that's not going to be. In hindsight maybe I should booked earlier with my Groupon voucher, but when I rang for a table of 4, initially the guy said ok, but once I told him it's with Groupon voucher, he just said we are fully booked for the whole of next week (I always wonder how are they be full even say 3:30pm in any afternoon?) and just said go back to Groupon to ask for a refund. Quite a bad experience as a customer I think. It's true that we as customer take advantage of voucher, but then if you made a good impression we would go back. For Walrus, I think that won't be on my return list at all, whjch is a shame really...

There's one person serving, taking orders, clearing dishes etc etc in the busy lunch hour so awful awful service.
The mains taste terrible. Whoever in the place that claimed to have worked in Nobu London have brought shame to the name. The Ramen taste like cheap instance noodles with chicken that taste as if its not been washed, and the rice mains taste AWFUL. Shameful food.
The starters is excellent. three taste fish, n salt an pepper chicken.

We spent a lovely eveing at the Walrus on Saturday 28th Nov were do I start. Bar staff very welcoming and sorted our reservation straight away. Great atmosphere and prompt service. Drinks came quickly and were interestingly full of flavour as per the menu. We ordered at the recommendation of the waiter "salt n pepper squid" this was so light and delicate. The lightest tempura batter ever. So yummy we ordered a second portion and the ribs. The rib meat fell off the bone exceptionally tender. Our main course Bento Boxes arrived and were to start. It was well worth the price although not strictly traditional it was packed full of goodies. Rice light and fluffy, trade mark curry were the meat just melted in the mouth. I can't compliment this restaurant/bar enough it was fab, great service. Looking forward to returning!!!!!!
