Ideally situated just a stone's throw away from St Peter's Square, the Town Hall, Palace Theatre and Bridgewater Hall, Fahrenheit combines fine dining with gaming, offering much more than any other restaurant could ever hope to. Black leather booths and well-spaced tables lend the dining room a bright, contemporary air. Steaks, grills and fresh fish dishes feature on the menu, and there's a well-chosen wine list too. A late night dining and bar menu for lighter meals is also served. There are also 'Learn to Play' sessions for diners. Lasting 20-30 minutes, these can cover blackjack, roulette or poker. For groups of 6 or more, there is 1-hour free poker table hire (Subject to availability/discuss when booking). Please note, diners must be aged 18 or over and Photo ID may be required if you are lucky enough to appear under the age of 25.

“Dinner after the theatre”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 30, 2012 via mobile

We pre booked dinner after the show at the palace theatre across the road from Fahrenheit for 10.30pm, online. The show finished early so went early and the staff where very accommodating and allowed to our booth. Our chosen meal was a two course offer, sirloin steak with pudding and a glass of champagne, along with pork on mash with apple sauce, again with a pudding and a glass of champagne, a side on both dishes made the price £46. The quality of the food was perfect, the speed of service as well was timed just right. Our only concern was our second waitress didn't appear to be to be listening to our order, but the small error she made was corrected when we pointed it out on the bill, without fuss and the two £5 free bets we got at the casino where an added bonus...alas we didn't leave millionaires but a great evening was finished off in style. Would I go again probably, I'd certainly say to anyone give it a go you will enjoy it.

“Its a girl........the head chef i mean”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 20, 2012

Went with some friends, the food was as good as ever if not better now with a brand new restaurant on the other side of the casino. The kitchen is still open plan so you can watch the chefs at work and the head chef is a girl which is something you don't see every day. I always enjoyed the old 110 restaurant with its cos'y atmosphere and piano but now its a sleek modern area next to the casino so you can watch whats happening there also. They are installing a stage which i'm told will have events so it will be a full night out in future once the refurbishment is finished later this month (Sept). Cant wait for the opening i think we will be going much more regular now especially as the prices are more than value for money, (as long as the boys stay away from the tables).

“50th Birthday celebration Saturday”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 11, 2012

18 of us went there to celebrate my 50th birthday at the newly refurbished Fahrenheit restaurant. We all chose from the £19.95 set menu 2 courses, some had the £24.95 3 course menu. We where shown to our table which was nicely decorated with ballons and we where all where given a glass of bubbly.
The menu had something for everyone on it. I chose the risotto with artichokes for starters which I had never had before and it was delicious and the 10 oz steak main which was so tender you could have used a butter knife to cut it.
Out of the 18 guest at the table 15 chose the steak was requesed, some med, med well and some Well done, everyone was given the correct steak and all where cooked to perfection. some guests chose the pork bellie which they had never tried before, and they said that they would have again.
Pannacotta and the banoffe toffee where chosen by a few people and they said they where yummy.
There was also a free £5 roulette chip in with the price of the meals.
Cant fault the service and the waitresses they where very attentive and always had a smile and couldnt do enough for us. Head Chef and staff behind the pass big thums up to you all!
5***** service without the 5 star price.
Resturant refubished very classy. Will definatly be going again.... Soon I hope!!

“Everything was perfect ESPECIALLY the staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2012

I had dinner in here last night with my girfriend i used the restaruant to purpose to my gf and boy i was not dissapointed.

Firstly do not let the going through the casino checks at the start phase u it is only a case of showin id and ur in.. the staff at the door may have been a little more friendly to make this easier.

The casino itsself is not a top end casino and few people in tracksuits but im not here to review the casino.

The restaruant is absoulty unreal the staff i believe her name was elley i cant really remember. herself and the other fella on duty could not have been more perfessional if they tried it was top notch.

Myself and my gf both had steaks which wrere around £20 each and i must say they were quality. the service and the way the food was presented is quality

I cannot say enough about this restaruant we had a feee glass of champagne each and a try of strawberrys and choc free to congratulate our engagment.

If you want a lovely meal and lovely staff go here the casino will be lovely once it is finished

Do not hesitate on booking . anyone with complaints about this restaruant must be mad .

AND SHE SAID YESSSS

“Nice place...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2012

went to Fahrenheit last night, myself and my partner both had the rib eye steak, which was cooked and presented very well. The bread we had for starters and brucetta were very nice too. The wild garlic mash was lovely also.

Would go back again and would recommend for a nice meal.
