I have stayed at many Premier Inns over the past few years. I find the defining characteristic is the staff. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a few requests, and they were dealt with promptly and pleasantly. I also needed an airport transfer, and that was sorted. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel are subject to noise from smokers below, and the airport transfer vehicles.

Booked a Meet & Greet package. Hotel ideally located, just off M56 and only a few minutes drive to Terminal 1. M & G car park at Terminal 1 is very convenient for departures and arrivals. Exterior of hotel fairly uninspiring, but once inside it is a 'normal' Premier Inn. Room large, well appointed and clean, as usual. Restaurant/Bar was very busy, but provided a good meal in a timely manner. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were all friendly and efficient. Definitely will consider the M & G package again, depending on flight time.
Rooms on front above main entrance may suffer from the early morning taxis, with a lot of noisy sliding/slamming doors & excited travellers/children, if you have the room windows open.

Room Tip: Rooms on front, but away from main entrance should be quieter. Rooms on back will overlook the M56 and will no doubt be a bit noisy. Trees may absorb noise on the lower floors.

We have stayed at many Premier Inns - including this one several times. Room, location etc absolutely spot on but I think the Chef was having a bad day - my husband ordered "ribs" which arrived quite some time later and were still frozen in the middle. The waitress was mortified and asked if we wanted something else my husband chose the pizza this time which I think had been microwaved somewhat floppy. This is the first bad experience we had so I won't let it put me off Premier Inns

Booked as part of a park, fly and stay package with Holiday Extras. We have used Bewleys and Crowne Plaza in the past but prices seem to have gone up so thought we'd give this a go. £75 to park at Jet Parks for 11 days and stay at Premier Inn. Found the Jet Parks car parks OK and a space after a bit of driving around. Got on the shuttle bus and was soon at the terminal. Make a note of where u park as the place is huge (zone letters and numbers). Returned at midnight 10 nights later, quickly found the shuttle bus stop (well signposted), got back to the car, then drove to Premier Inn which was easy to find.
Greeted warmly by Andrew, who quickly checked us in, explained the sleep guarantee and gave us a room on the car park side (quieter than motorway side). As a late arrival and wanting a lie in this was much appreciated. Huge room, 2 double beds and shower room (good shower). Very comfy beds. Didnt sample the restaurant on this occasion but will definitely use this Premier Inn again.

Hotel is not the most attractive from the outside , but when you get inside it has been transformed. we were greeted, with a very warm welcome and a beif expplanation regarding parking, I was not very happy at having to pay £2.50 to park in the hotel overnight, espicailly when i am paying to sleep and eat there.
The room was excellent ans was tthe meal , i have to say all staff were exceptionally friendly, I would definatley recommend to stayprior to a flight , as the jet cark park is only about 5 minutes away.
Perfect.
