This was the 1st. time we had stayed at this location and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, clean and bright. The staff were very helpful and able to answer all our questions. My only problem was the bed mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as I would like.
We used the "meal deal" when we booked and this was extremely good value. The food was delicious and the menu varied. The bar area was bright, clean and comfortable.
We would recommend a stay here for anyone (with or without a car) prior to flying from the nearby airport.

If you book ahead and get the £29 offer and book airport parking separately this works out at far better value than other airport hotels. Rooms are modern, clean and very quiet if you stay on the car park side. Good price breakfast and reasonable bar type evening meals in the restaurant, unlike other airport hotels.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front for a quiet room.

This was a last minute booking and we couldn't have been more impressed! Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to the self check in point, which was a simple and swift process. We were soon in our room, which was modern, clean and excellent value for money. Hair & shower gel dispensers were provided in the bathroom and LED lighting is used (an excellent way to cut costs, possibly enabling such good value accommodation - we paid just £29 for our overnight stay)

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is close to the airport, although our taxi to and from the airport was £8 each way (due to a minimum fee from the Manchester airport taxi company that we used).

Excellent hotel, great room with bathroom.
Heating control, tv & tea/coffee making facilities.
Just what you want and great value for money.
Friendly staff and good food.

Where to start ? In meeting a colleague from Melbourne, Australia we were told we would be informed as soon as they checked in. We waited and called reception multiple times for both this and the sister hotel - no, there had definitely been no check-in. To cut a long story short, they checked in at 6 just as they said they would and reception failed to tell us. "That's what the computer told us" - In other words, now that we have computers, there is no longer a requirement for me to use my brain ! We bumped into our colleagues by chance in the hotel restaurant at 8.30. Quite apart from this, the kettle did not work, the replacement kettle came "it should work" we were told - it was not checked and of course did not work, the shower soap dispenser was broken, there was a huge brown stain on the carpet between the bed and the shower room (quite disgusting), the bed was honestly the worst in the world - you could literally feel every single spring through the bedclothes. Good night guarantee - do not make me laugh - the staff were just not interested. The only point at which we had their full attention is when they wanted to charge us £5 extra for parking our car overnight ! Listen, if you want a good night - do yourself a favour and don't stay at the Premier Inn Manchester Airport - it's nothing short of appalling !

i have stayed in many premier inns , this one was no exception apart from the fabulous receptionist , fiona, who could not do enough to help us, thankyou fiona.

the window's were screwed shut, the heat in the room was horrendous asked reception to turn the temp down, told it would take 20 minute's nothing happened.
we had the bedroom door open to try get some air in the room.
didn't get any sleep never again you pay for what you get 'on the plus side the food was fine and the staff,
