Had dinner yesterday in this restaurant while on a trip to Manchester. It's a small chain with other outlets all over the UK. The front of house welcome was very friendly and coats were taken to the cloakroom.
The starters were steamed dumplings for me (outstanding) and for my partner 'golden baskets', a mixed fish with lemongrass you spoon into fried baskets. Very tasty and well presented.
Main for me was a very acceptable chicken with cashews with a very moreish stir fry noodle dish. Lamb teriyaki for her was lovely and I am not generally a lamb fan. She had lemon cheesecake for dessert which she thought was very nice.
A Singha beer, tea for her and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc all came to 81 pounds. An OK price for dinner.
Would I try it again? Yes. The food is very good. Only one thing....our waitress was MISERABLE!! Face like a smacked bum. Tip adjusted accordingly.
