“Pleasant Evening”
Reviewed May 24, 2013 via mobile

Lovely building with so much olde world charm which creates a very pleasant atmosphere, a good choice of real ales which is essential to type of establishment that this is,I chose the Hookey a local brew and I must say it went down like silk.the wine menu was very good not massively extensive but more than catered for most tastes and food choice. The food was very good although the special choices were not that extensive, however the main menu had a decent enough range of choices to cater for most parties. All in all our party enjoyed the whole evening and will call again when in the area.

Friendly local pub with a good selection of beer and cider. Food was all tasty with good sized portions and well priced for this part of the world. Service was good

“Really friendly, welcoming pub”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

We had dinner at the Eight Bells last week - a group of 5 plus dog in the bar area and we had a fabulous time.

The food was excellent as was the service and we felt really well looked after. Our dog was also welcomed which was good for us too.

The pub was nicely busy with a good atmosphere and we shall certainly visit again when in the area.

Chipping Campden itself is a beautiful place and we shall certainly be back soon.

Enjoyed a pint and fish and chips at the Eight Bells. Very conveniently located just off the High Street. Very quaint.
