“Delightful & Convenient”
Reviewed June 21, 2013

My husband and I stayed on the 20th June 2013 and really enjoyed our stay. We came in late and could not fault the service on arrival from the friendly, efficient lady at the desk (I think her name was Helen). Parking was available and the location is excellent. The room was clean and charming. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff were extremely helpful and the service was fantastic from check-in through to checkout. The Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a lovely meal at the Noel Arms plus an amazing dining experience at 'The Dining Room' in Cotswold House (their sister hotel) which I can not recommend enough - it made our trip!

Stayed for 3 nights midweek and got a fantastic deal which included a 3 course meal on the first night and afternoon tea on any day. Price was little more than other hotels and b&bs were charging just for bed and breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located and has a pub, coffee shop and restaurant downstairs making it quite a hub in the centre of Chipping Campden.

The room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Although the bedroom decor is a little dated it suits the hotel which is an old building and the bed was so big and comfortable! The bathroom was very modern and probably cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel!

The food in the hotel is the best part! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the food served in the restaurant was amazing, so good we ate there every night!

The staff are all really friendly and helpful and service in all areas is good.

If staying here and needing wifi access for work, this was very hit and miss even in communal areas, but staff were trying everything to sort it out.

Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area; only down side we found was how quiet everywhere is at night after 5pm everything in Chipping Campden and neighbouring villages shuts down for the night, which caught us by surprise on our first visit to Cotswolds.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 11 which overlooked the courtyard at the back of the hotel, so not on the road.

Stayed in Noel Arms early June. The hotel was well run with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was TOP CLASS, evening meals excellent and breakfast too. Bedroom was clean and well looked after. Situated in Chipping Camden, ideal base for getting around the whole cotswold area. The only one downside (if you need Internet ) is the connection is not very good

A very hard hotel to review. Great location, for the town adequate parking, very friendly and helpful staff and a decent breakfast. The downside noise. Street facing rooms are simply noisey from the traffic. It is very annoying in the evening and from early morning. Equally I was convinced there was a herd of elephants in the room above me when they awoke around 5 am. Such a pity for this otherwise is a lovely hotel

Room Tip: Keep away from room 29 or the rooms facing the street

I didn't stay in the hotel but I can't say enough good things about the bar. Amazing curry (Sri Lankan Lamb Curry won their chef some sort of British pub curry of the year award--deservedly so10. We were in Campden for 3 days and we spent time here every day, once just curled up with our Kindles and a couple of pints. The staff greeted us like regulars on our second visit.

Lovely Sunday lunch in the restaurant. Flabby roast beef. Absolutely stuffed.

Really good children's menu with lots of choice. Girls had ghastly garlic bread, witches fingers and wormy spaghetti. Great touch!
