Stayed just before Xmas. The football match I was going to see was called off.I mentioned this to Maxine on the front desk and as I wasn,t likely to come again I asked her to give the ticket to someone she knew.Without me knowing she contacted the club arranged a refund and went to get it ,the next I knew she was at the door with the cash. She had walked to the ground and back.Wow! I don,t know if a 5 star hotel would have gone to those lengths..
As for the stay Premier Inns seem to have got everything right for a budget stay.Comfortable beds -decent size rooms and somewhere to eat close by-where the service was also top notch

We have been to this Premier Inn several times and always enjoy the Weekend there. The staff are helpful and very friendly. There is a shopping outlet right next door not too busy but a pleasant walk round. The frenchgate in the centre has plenty of shops to cater for all! We catch the bus just a few mins walk from the hotel and takes you about 20 mins. We have walked round the lake very pleasant in summer. On Sunday Morning we often visit the enormous car boot (all year round) and is walking distance from the hotel. A must for retail therapy!! The restaurant is next door and offers a good menu without being too expensive.

Room Tip: This Premier is a little dated but clean and has always seemed quiet, which we like!

Really easy to find by Sat Nav, even with the huge roadworks nearby. Although there was no noise from this.
Restuarant/Pub. Had meal deal - it was one of the best. They have a good beer here Black Sheep. light and refreshing Abv about 3.5 I think, friendly bar staff who were quite happy to talk.
Excellent breakfast. Mobile signal OK.
I use Premier a lot. Good stay, Premier. Thanks

A pleasant convenient place to stay on route from seeing family. Convenient for the pleasant Lakeside shopping mall but that was not why we selected to stay there. Good value for money and close to the Motorway.

We stay at Premier inns on a very regular basis. We know exactly what we are going to get for our money, they vary very little and the standards are usually very good. We paid £39 for a comfy clean bedroom and bathroom. We cannot comment on breakfast as we were off early in the morning and missed out but the evening meal (with a free glass of wine - thank you) was very nice for the price paid. Quite literally backs onto the Lakeside shopping park so handy for a little retail therapy.

I use this Premier Inn a fair bit as work takes me to Doncaster quite regularly. Staff are excellent always helpful and friendly...downside is hotel is looking tired in places and needs a "make over" to refresh also prices can vary quite sharpley from one night to another I have paid from £65 to £82 for a weekday night when their appears no events on like football or racing which is strange - breakfast in beefeater attached is good main meals can be hit or miss Always ask for top floor rooms not the hotels fault but when I have stayed on couple of ocassions on lower floors noise from above has been bad might just be unlucky with who is above but think it may be an insulation problem

Room Tip: top floor rooms to avoid noise from above
