Been a couple of times with grandsons and husband. I think it is interesting but I am not a boy and I have seen it.

Vast selection of everything you could imagine for the garden. Plants ,garden furniture and even a pet section. If that's not enough there's even a steam museum. Refreshments at the cafe can be had at a reasonable price. There's even a dolls house section and also outsize clothes department. A good day out to buy or browse. Highly recommended.

The steam engines are absolutely magnificent and a great credit to all the guys who have so carefully restored them to working condition. Steam-up days are splendid affairs, not to be missed.

A small group of us went to visit this little volunteer run attraction, and were blown away by the knowledge and dedication of this group of (mainly) guys. Amazed at how they recycle whatever possible to keep things running and warm, and by the sheer dedication and time they spend on keeping the Museum running.

A very good and varied shop, garden centre and pet shop also on site.

Was very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed this, after having low expectations beforehand.

Thank Trish L
