“Great day out”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

We decided to go at the start of January for another visit, parking is no problem as there are plenty of spaces, the park is well laid out with most of it being on the flat. The viewing areas have being well thought out for all the enclosures the staff are friendly and will try to answer any questions you may have. There is plenty of different animals to see with land of the tigers having one of the best viewing areas i have seen, some of the enclosures have being made into walk through enclosures so you get a closer experience of some of the animals, as this is a growing wildlife park there is quite a bit of building development going on at the moment (most of this should be done for the start of the summer season).Entry price is good value and the cafe is reasonably priced,

“Loved it”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

I absolutely adored this place. It's huge, we were walking around for ages but there's something to see all the way around.

I was looking at the Lions for absolutely ages, they're absolutely gorgeous.

It's definitely worth a visit!

“great day out for all the family”
Reviewed January 20, 2014

Monday 20th January, Excellent venue despite the cold and frosty start to the day, the park is well laid out, views to each enclosure good, walkways and map well laid out, plenty of outdoor eating / relaxing areas, all animals appear in excellent health with plenty of enclosure space, staff very approchable and friendly, play areas for children both inside and out well costructed and safe, even the new build taking place did not distract from a good day out, adults and children alike thinking up names for the equipment being used IE:- Diggersaurus and Dumperotamus which added to the enjoyment. overall Top marks to the venue and staff, well worth a visit, reasonably well priced as well

Good for kids but it's filthy. Has a good variety of animals all within a good distance to see them well and snap a few clear pictures.

“Nice day out”
Reviewed January 13, 2014

We visited here the beginning of january. Due to it being the middle of winter most of the cafes were shut but the one that was open was adequate. The park is very open and a lovely place to visit. The animals have plenty of space to move about. It would be a lot better in the summer and it looks as though the are adding to the park with new buildings. Be careful what footwear you wear as the ground isn't flat and there was a lot of puddles about when we went. Would definitely return but not in the winter as there is no shelter once you get right out to the animals
