Fantastic day out for children and adults alike. It's clear that a lot of thought and consideration has gone into this attraction and it is evidently going from strength to strength. At times it feels more like a country walk with the added bonus of animals en route, than it does any kind of 'zoo'. Lots of (very helpful) staff around and all the pens/cages look extremely clean and well tended to, the public areas (toilets, cafes, picnic areas) were also spotless. Lots of parking and other facilities (play areas/eateries/shop) and opportunities to get 'up close and personal' with the animals at various talks/feeding times. When we visited it was a bit overcast and drizzly but it certainly didn't spoil the day - we are planning on returning in the summer to do a 'behind the scenes' VIP experience. Great price and an excellent addition to the area. Can't fault it.

Took my Mum and Nephew, one in her 70's the other in his 20's. all 3 of us had a lovely time. The animals are well cared for and the pens are clean which makes viewing more pleasant.
Loved the Meerkats but us favourite was the Lemurs! We could have spent all day in there.
Good parking, decent price entry, all in all a fabulous day out!

I visited recently with my toddlers, great value as I only paid for my own tickets, under 3s are free.

Lots to see and everything is nicely spaced out, so you don't struggle to get a view of things which can be a problem sometimes with a pushchair.

They have a new playbarn which we haven't explored yet - maybe next time!

Very beautiful with a lot of wildlife and the staff are very friendly. The animals are looked after with plenty of space and opportunities to experience wild animals. The eatery was fantastic with sufficient choice and there was nice parking and a good shop. Brilliant
