Stayed here over Xmas and it was a good comfortable stay. Attached restaurant , good b'fast , Xmas lunch reasonable pub grub but nowt special.
Premier are a good value for money chain which suits a person of my vintage.
This central hotel could have a problem with car parking as Donny council are very tight . No problem over my bank holiday stay.

Having stayed at the Premier Inn on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed, I was looking forward to our first visit to Doncaster. Chose it due to the brand and excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I received a text and an email from the staff there suggesting car parking in the vicinity as there is no on-site parking, a really nice touch and this was not a one-off apparently. We chose to stay at a nearby multi-storey as recommended and is only a 5 min walk to the Premier Inn, cost £10 for the two day stay. On our arrival at the Premier Inn, we were greeted very warmly with a very attention member of staff. The PI was apparently built just a few years ago. We had a double room 507, unfortunately we arrived when one of the two lifts was out of order. Our bedroom was clean and spacious. Unfortunately on the following day, housekeeping forgot to make our room up. We used the restaurant on the second night and I had the steak pie, not a great filling and was average at best. We had breakfast both mornings which were very good.

Had a lovely stay can't really complain.

Not keen on self check in, when you've walked from the car park in town with lots of bags and very flustered- last thing you want is to be messing about with a machine to check yourself in.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Quite noisy at the front of the hotel, but can't be helped in town centre.

Very clean no issues there.

Food was lovely. Got very busy at breakfast which meant queuing. Could do with a bigger area serving the breakfasts.

Overall very pleasant stay.. Would visit again. But not sure I'd want to pay as much as I did. Somehow paid more than others staying here. Not sure why.

Well run Premier Inn, only stayed 1 night but it was a decent room, comfortable bed and clean, all you want for £29. Its in a good location but there was some noise from early morning revellers around town but remember this is in the city centre and a busy area.
Room didn't have phone so not sure what you do if you want reception/room service? Not that we used it anyway.
Breakfast was superb and the receptionist very friendly and helpful when we asked things about the area. Would stay here again no probs.

Room Tip: Maybe a bit quieter not overlooking the Market area/ taxi pick-ups during the night

Spot on premier inn in a great location, just on the end of the shopping street near to the markets.

Quick check in with kiosks but charming lass on hand to help I as needed - I think she was called Jill - perfect example of great customer service - welcoming, friendly and just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. If you could package her and replicate - wow! I left early and even the chap on reception at 5.30am was good.

Room spotless and very comfortable. Near road but quiet - the window has a vent that let's fresh air in and a bit of noise but not too bad being a midweek night.

Did not eat there - bar pleasant enough - though afraid the Wetherspoons a 2 min walk away did grab custom.

In summary - great location, brilliant staff, and even the price was good.
