I have written a review on this restaraunt before when it was mee's Thai , so myself and husband thought we would try it now it's changed chefs , we needn't have worries the food is better than ever and the service by Ann is excellent as always the 2 courses for £10 before 7pm is excellent as it's great value for money but the portions are a tad smaller but still felt full , I could not praise the food up here enough and the fact it's in our local pub is a bonus :-) well done ann

After being highly recommended to us on several occasions, my wife and I decided to visit as we were looking for somewhere where we could eat with friends (one of whom is disabled and needs wheelchair access). The restaurant is ideal as the side door can be opened and wheelchairs can be wheeled straight in to the table. We arrived quite early and noticed that the restaurant offers a starter/main course for 10 pounds before 7pm. Both starter and main courses were good but there wasn't a lot there and all four of us were still hungry afterwards. Perhaps we should have booked after 7 (will have to return and find out if we get more food). Another plus point is that the pub in which the restaurant is situated serves Holden's beers and their soft drinks are very reasonably priced.

We don't live in the area but had to kill a few hours while our daughter went to a nearby wedding reception, so we came on trip advisor and went for the top restaurant. It certainly deserves its rating, the service was impeccable and the food outstanding. Every meal I saw looked delicious, but the peanut curry I had was to die for. I can't recommend this place enough- well done!!!!

We booked this for our daughters 23rd birthday. 4 adults dined.
The restaurant is at the back of the Bulls Head Pub in Sedgley.
Friendly welcome, shown to table on time.
We were given plenty of time to order.
The food was beautifully presented and of the best quality
It was all full of flavour with not a trace of MSG anywhere.
The staff were helpful and attentive and they smiled all through service.
We were very impressed and will be returning to this branch or the sister restaurant in Walsall.
A real treat. We were served a 3 course meal each , the bill came to £75 excl drinks.

Perhaps our expectations were too high after reading all these glowing reviews, but we didn't feel the food quite hit the spot. The value is very good, especially the wine, which is the cheapest I've seen in a UK restaurant in years (£7ish for a perfectly good bottle of wine!). Service was friendly and efficient.

Food portions were quite generous but we both found the flavouring very sweet, with a corresponding lack of the salt and sour tastes you expect in Thai cooking. We enjoyed our evening, but wouldn't rush to go back.
