We booked to stay over for a friend's wedding nearby and knew that it had a great location in the town but couldn't quite believe the feel of the place inside - staff had amazing customer service and our room was huge considering the price. The blackout curtains and beds did their job in giving us the best night's sleep for months. Absolutely would not hesitate to return, other hotel chains have competition if this is representative of Premier Inns in general.

Lovely lovely hotel - very central - would highly recommend
Our room was bigger than others had
Bathroom spotless only thing didn't like was aircon bit on the noisy side and mirror lights awkward for applying makeup. Bed was comfy

Thank you very much for your positive recomendation, I am really pleased you found our hotel convieniently located and comfortable. Next time you choose to stay with us or another premier inn, it is worth noting that we do provide portable fans, if available, if you would prefer that to the Air Conditioner. Also to note that the lights on the make up mirror does have a switch to turn them off if not needed. I hope you do get the opportunity to stay with us again.

Location is great for town, parks and Pump Rooms. Rooms are narrower than some Premier Inns, but the hotel is in a converted building, rather than purpose built.
Visited Leamington for a weekend break with my mother - it rained, rained, rained - warm comfortable base was essential.
Our room 211 was quite a trek from the lift and faced the back of the building, but was very quiet.
Bedding, facilities in the room, bathroom were all of a good standard.
One thing to mention - windows do not open and so one is reliant on the air con/heating system, which could be noisy and slow to respond.
We would happily return - hopefully in better weather !

Thank you for you reply about your recent stay with us, I hope you and your mother had a fantastic weekend. I'm glad to hear you thought the hotel was clean and quiet. Regarding a room nearer the lift, we are more than happy to take requests on certain rooms next time you stay and we will do our best to accomodate you better next time. Hopefully the weather is much better for you next time also.

Good sized room. Cleanliness and service all excellent. Only let down was service at breakfast - no problems with the quality of the food, but wished I had been warned that no eggs, sausages or hash browns were ready when I had already started plating up breakfast (I would have happily waited), hence half of my breakfast was cold. Had the same experience at another Premier Inn recently.

Ask for a front facing room and look out over the town but good double glazing so no noise. £4 for every 24 hr parking just behind the hotel. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and the cinema/ My favourite at the moment.

Room Tip: Room with a view at the front

The room was large and spacious. No enclosed wardrobe space. Great bathroom, but the shower spray was fixed - I prefer the detachable kind. Receptionist excellent. Great proximity door key card that you wave near the door without inserting. The halls had bare walls. The breakfasts were too expensive, so we made other arrangements. Good value if more than one person in the room, expensive (£75) if only one.
