Firstly, may i say that this hotel is situated right in the centre of leamington, just a short walk from the hotel are shops, barsi and resturants. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and great value for money as i have come to expect from premier inns as i have stopped at a few before. In the past i have ususally took the oppertunity to ring the hotel a least a month before and ask for a room with a view and with this hotel it was no different, i spoke to a member of staff and was told she would make a note on my booking of my request of a room on the 2nd floor overlooking The Parade, she told me as did the other hotels that there was no guarentee of us getting the room which i fully understand. When i arrived on saturday the lady on reception was very polite and friendly as she booked us in, after she gave us our key cards we made our way to our room. Imagine our disappointment when we looked out if the window to find we were overlooking an alley way and a couple skips. We returned to the reception and told the lady we asked for a room over looking the parade, she said she had noticed our request when we were booking in but there were no rooms available overlooking the parade and also said there was no guarntee i would get what i requested which i said i already knew, at that point other.guests had started to arrive and were waiting behind me, i felt a little uncomfortable as it seemed that i was complaining so i accepted what she said and went back to the room. The point i am trying to make to you and your member of staff is that when we checked in she knew that i had not been allocated the room we had requested and if she would have told us at that point i would have been a little bit disappointed but of course would have accepted it, and would have saved us both the embaressment of me returning to reception to complain in front of other guests which i felt could have been avoided

Thank you for taking the time to post your review of Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre. Great to hear that you enjoy your stay with us and you found the hotel clean, tidy and a great location, sorry to hear that there was some confusion with your room allocation, we do only have a few front facing parade rooms to which are in high demand.

I do hope you have not lost faith in this Premier Inn, and that we can welcome you back in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Premier Inn. A room larger than I expected in a quiet corner and very clean. However, on the downside is the fact that everything seems to be getting automated including the check-in! Parking is at the rear of the hotel (follow signs to St.Peters) and you need to ring for entrance through the back-door on initial arrival. I had to find a member of staff to request a receipt as it is not automatically supplied.

Still, it was an enjoyable stay and very good value.

The new Premier Inn in Leamington Spa is well worthy of a visit! We stayed in a Premium room overlooking the main Parade and Town hall. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Large en-suite bathroom with big bath and amazing shower.
Breakfast is beyond the realms of delicious! and under 16s eat free when you order a premier breakfast. My daughter absolutely loved her comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs.
Only problem we had was some noise worries from the adjacent room on a Saturday night. Overall amazing stay here and we will be returning!

Good central location in Leamington Spa, easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants. Family room good size for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean facilities. Had food in the restaurant the first evening, only one person serving and although there was a big advert saying they served Costa food and drinks this was in fact just a coffee machine. So, no cappuccino, no fresh coffee, no decaffeinated coffee. Food was very basic, with a set kids menu. Hotel good enough for a budget stay, and luckily easy access to local cafes. Car parking at the back in St Peters car park, a bit annoying as you have to pay each time you go in and out, rather than one payment to cover the stay. £4 for 24hrs if you choose to leave the car in, very reasonable.

The Premier Inn is rather difficult to drive to, as there are so many 'one way/no right turn/no left turn' signs, so you can see where you should be in the Arcade, but hard to get to! Think it best to aim for the multi storey car park 3, which is situated at the back of the hotel (£4 for 24 hours) and then walk over the road to the Inn. Rooms o.k., clean and comfy although dark if you are facing an inner courtyard. The breakfast buffet though made the cost of £75 for the two of us well worth it, especially bearing in mind this is a town centre Hotel.

We are situated in the high street & it is a one way road system in Leamington Spa, we do recommend our guests to park at St Peters car park as this is just on the back of us.
We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Echo all the comments on this site. This new hotel is a great addition to Royal Leamington Spa. Situated on the Parade, free parking is five minutes away beside the park or pay for the car park a few minutes away. The Hotel has a bit of a Tardis feel to it once you pass reception and head toward the 'Kitchen' premiers eating area. Didn't eat here so cannot comment. You are then in the inner courtyard which is nicely planned and access to all rooms. Our room was a double which had lots of space, coffee, Tea, flat screen TV with free-view, hair driver, lots of mirrors, large bathroom with shower. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of places to eat in Leamington. Recommend a stay here

This is a really nice hotel in a really nice location. 3 friends stayed across 2 twin rooms. The rooms were lovely, staff friendly, hotel quiet, breakfast great. Couldn't fault it. We had a really nice walk in the surround areas on the Sunday morning and it was a perfect stay.
