Owner description: The Leam Boat Centre is based in beautiful Jephson Gardens along the river in Leamington Town Centre. The park's old Victorian boathouse was renovated thirteen years ago as part of the Millennium Project and it is now a thriving centre of activity. It's a lovely place to come for a day out as a family; row boats, motor boats and pedalos can be hired as and when you arrive and floating along the river for a carefree, sunlit hour is a wonderful experience. For more adventurous visitors, canoes and kayaks are also available for hire. The Leam Boat Centre also gives lessons in canoeing and kayaking and can cater to all levels of experience, from taster sessions for beginners through to training courses for instructors. Paddle Power kayak courses are held throughout the holidays for children to get their first taste of the sport. It might turn into a lifelong passion!

Always very helpful staff, I have a different requirement from many as I use my own inflatable boat and the launch decks are very well built and make launching an easier job, but the customer service is always excellent and they always make for a great day on the river, well worth a visit. I have also been given great advice on particular products I have been looking to buy.

We went to the Leam Boat Centre to try out a kayak before buying. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the kayaks and which ones were the best buy for a family. We bought 2 Feelfree Geminis from them together with paddles etc. When we came to collect them the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, helping us fit them to the roof and showing us the best way of doing so. Because I was late arriving we finished around 7pm on a Friday evening but the team did not mind a bit. I would highly recommend using them.

Taken my family teens to 20s. Good fun. People always very helpful. Beautiful river side. If you take a picnic o the park or plan to eat at Jefferson Gardens can be a perfect afternoon

The team is quite helpful and the equipment is in good condition. I was disappointed by the state of the changing rooms and the condition of the towels they provided. The river section is quite nice, 1 hour out towards the countryside and two and a half towards Warwick.
