“Amazing B&B!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2012

My friends and I took part in a 10K mud race called the Wolf Run near Leamington Spa and stayed at Bungalow Farm. Very friendly hosts that made you feel welcome without being too much in your face. House is lovely and extremely good value. Sheila also made breakfast at a time that suits her guests!
Had dinner at the Stag at Offchurch wich is a great food pub not very far from the B&B. If you're in the area stay at Bungalow Farm! You won't regret it.

We stayed at this B&B whilst attending a music festival in Warwick, and the owners could not have been more accommodating as we needed to return following a concert late at night (we were provided with our own key and could just let ourselves in!).

The B&B also has a really nice back garden which was great to relax with a cup of tea after a long journey! It's around 5 minutes by car into Leamington Spa, and another 10 into Warwick so it is a convenient location to visit either town.

The rooms are generally quiet, and they are very clean. Would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit this area. There are cheaper B&Bs in the area that I have stayed in before, but this is still good value for money.

We recently stayed here with two very active toddlers!
Sheila couldn't have been nicer and was extremely thoughtful and accomodating to us all. It made a really big difference to our holiday and I would totally recommend Bungalow Farm as a very family friendly place to stay. Thank you!

Room Tip: garden access from family room very useful!

I recently spent 2 nights here after booking 2 rooms & can only say it was wonderful. The location is spot on the B&B is ideally placed for visiting Leamington/ Warwick & kenelworth. The Garden Room & dbl room upstairs both were wonderful we appreciated all the little personal touches that exceeded 5* Hotels nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was great Sheila would cook to order and nothing was a problem she was amazing with the care she showed my elderly mother . Big thank you from both of us we will be back with a well trained dog on the next visit!! Don't hesitate book now amazing value 1st class service you won't be dissapointed.

I stayed in the Garden Room for 3 nights. The room was impeccable; very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious. Sheila was a wonderful host - helpful, friendly and took the time to get to know us. I felt very welcomed here. This place is truly wonderful and highly recommended.

We stayed here the night before a wedding. Travelling with 2 small children is never simple but Sheila made the experience easier than most. She was extremely flexible with check in and check-out times, and allowed us to have a babysitter in our room while we went out for a rehearsal dinner. A huge box of toys in the living room kept the kids amused, and the dining area with a fridge and microwave that we could use at any time was a bonus! The family room comfortably slept 2 adults, a 4 year old in the second bed and had space for the portable crib that was provided for my 1 year old. Although the family room only had a shower, Sheila was very accommodating allowing us to use another bathroom that had a bathtub with the kids. The proper English breakfast, cooked to order, was also great. The garden was also beautiful, although we didn't get to use it due to the weather. Nice rooms, convenient location and friendly and helpful hosts - highly recommend it.

Room Tip: family room opens into a beautiful garden.

We stayed here on a Friday night when we went to watch Jethro at The Royal Spa Centre and it was fantastic. I emailed Sheila a few days before arrival to check what time we could check in and she was so flexible and said any time after 11am as long as we gave her a 2 hour time window. We arrived at 3pm on Friday and she greeted us so warmly and was so friendly. She showed us where everything was and showed us to our rooms which were lovely. We had a room upstairs and the other couple we were with had the family room downstairs. Both rooms were extremely spacious and were ensuite. We were given a key to the room and to the front door and were told to come and go as we pleased. We were also told to make ourselves at home which was so nice considering we were in someone elses home!!

Bearing in mind I do not sleep when I'm away from home, this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, and slept like a baby. The following morning we went down for breakfast which totally surpassed expectations. We were offered various different juices, cereals and bowls of fruit were on offer. The we were offered tea and coffee and toast. Sheila was so accommodating with the cooked breakfast she did us. She didn't just serve us up everything, she asked us what we wanted on our plates and even gave us a choice of how we wanted our eggs cooking! It was one of the best breakfasts I've had.

The only thing left to say about this place is the price is so reasonable. We orignally booked a hotel in the centre of Leamington for £20 per night per room extra. When we found this on the internet we changed and I'm so glad we did as the service here was so personal and friendly (which I suspect we wouldn't have got from a hotel) and although it costs £10 in a taxi to Leamington it is well worth it and still doesn't add up the cost of a hotel!!!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay
