A refreshing twist on some classic dishes make this a memorable place to dine. Six of us went on sunday tea time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The range of dishes is very impressive and as mentioned a twist on some old favourites works very well, the liver starter my partner had was excellent as was the seafood antipasti, my cbbage leaves stuffed with pork mince wrapped in parma ham with a cheese sauce could have been fantastic but just lacked flavour,a shame really but that could be just me. The main courses were great all round with the calzione special pizza being simply the best I have ever had, and believe me reader I have had pizza the world over for the last 30 years( I have the figure to prove this). The wine list is varied and the prices overall not cheap but you get what you pay for. This place is rightly popular so peak time booking is probably essential. Give it a go, you will not be sorry.
