Friend & I visited about 6pm on a Friday.
To drink we had coke (served in a frozen glass) & a limonata - a favourite of mine at italian eateries.
We shared the bread board which had 4 different types of bread.
A cheesy one, some ciabatta, french bread & my favourite tomato & pesto. We took this with our mains. All served with balsamic & oil.
I had the lighter portion of spaghetti & meatballs served with a side salad & light vinaigrette. Still a decent sized portion of pasta although only about 3 or 4 smallish meatballs halved.
Friend had the light carbonara which was appeared an authentic recipe rather than heavy with cream. It had lots of meat in it, ham & bacon.
We were trying to be good so didn't have dessert although the profiteroles & sticky toffee pudding were tempting!!!
Came to £23 as we had a 241 from vouchercodes.
Was a very nice place with a nice atmosphere.
Will definitely go again.
It's also on the tastecard sun-Thursday which is a bonus.
