I'm guessing 90% of the Guild Wheel is on cycle track/paths. I do it about twice a week on average. Helped me lose over two stone this summer. It is well sign posted but you do have to concentrate or you can miss a sign. I tend to daydream whilst cycling and I've made the odd wrong turn when I started doing the circuit. Helps to have a bell on your bike as there are plenty pedestrians on sunny days in certain parts. But well done to Preston, the Guild Wheel is a great success in my view.
