I took my daughter for a hot chocolate and a coffee. Its such a cute little place inside, but they were testing the fire alarm which went off six times when we were there. The considerate thing to have done would have been to mention it when we arrived. I also asked for a glass of tap water to take a pill, and was told in a brusque way, "I'm not supposed to let you have water but you can have a small one." I think that this attitude really doesn't endear a place to it's locals. If you want a coffee and a cake, try the quirky little place, "A Little Birdy Told Me Sew," across the road. Two little tables in a vintage shop, all home-made cakes and tea coseys.
