We enjoyed our visit to the John Moore Museum in Tewkesbury. The museum is housed in a lovely row of medieval cottages on the main street. One house holds an interesting collection of local natural history exhibits. Another house has been restored to show how a merchant and his family would have lived and worked in medieval times. We especially enjoyed the secret garden which backs onto the Abbey. Staff were friendly and at just £3 for entry it was good value.
