My soon to be wife and I stayed here for the night as we had a Banns reading in a local church and had a little deal on a room. The room itself was in the old building on the top floor, can't remember the name now but be a bit wary of the angle of the stairs when you've been drinking (women and their heels). Room wasn't the biggest, bathroom okay but was fine for what we needed for the night.
We had a meal in the Balharries restaurant where my wife had her first medium rare steak. She loved it, so it must've been good-which it was. Nice meal and atmosphere before adjourning to the terrace bar which was busy (due to some wedding guests as well) but was still a nice atmosphere.
Didn't play golf unfortunately.More
