Just come back from a 2 night stay in this hotel. Excellent location for shopping. It's opposite Crown Wharf shopping park which has various shops like, TK Maxx, Mothercare, Peacocks, Starbucks, Next, Nandos, Frankie and Bennys, JD Sports, Smyths toy shop, Clintons etc. come out of the hotel and turn right and after a few minutes walk you are at the shops, with Greggs, Boots, Waterstones, McDonald's, Tesco Extra, Marks and Spencer's, Poundland and many more all nearby.

The ONLY negative thing about our stay were the couple of ladies who were allocated in the room next door to us on the second night. We were in 207 in a family room which had interconnecting doors to room 205. The ladies were on some sort of dirty weekend making far too much noise and using obscene language which was highly inappropriate for my 6 year old to hear. We could drown out most the noise using the television in the evening but not always possible at 7 in the morning as I didn't want to wake up my newborn baby. I think if the room didn't have those door inbetween and it was a solid wall it would have been ok. I made sure my baby didn't disturb any other guests just a shame the same courtesy wasn't awarded to me.

Good clean new hotel with very handy car park next door for £3.50 overnight stay although you need to be back at your car by 9am to update the meter. If you stay ask for rooms away from the nightclub as the room we stayed in suffered with the late night music notice and with young children can be very disruptive.

Booked a family room on their £29 deal and the level of accommodation and service was 5*
Nice views over the wharf and good access to local facilities for shopping and ideal base for Drayton Manor and Alton Towers.
The evening meals were excellent and very good value.

Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the wharf are best. Book evening meal overlooking the wharf

Hotel was as described on website. Excellent staff, couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted one minor problem immediately, without question. Rooms were clean to a very high standard. My sons birthday, staff made a big fuss of him at breakfast. Wish we'd had the choice of being able to open windows or use air conditioning, other than that I think I made a good choice.

Visiting family in Walsall, stayed over one night in the new Premier Inn. Very impressed with the hotel and the friendly obliging staff. Nice clean and comfortable room, no complaints with the room whatsoever.
Good location near the shops, Art Gallery and railway station.
The only downside that we experienced was when we went for breakfast next morning in the Adjacent restaurant the 'Brewers Fayre'. The restaurant was far from busy so we were a little put out when after a ten minute wait we had to call over a waitress to take our order and then after another fifteen minute wait we had to attract a waitress's attention to ask if our order was on its way. After that prompt it duly arrived.
I'd like to think that this was a one off and that we were just unlucky, it didn't spoil our visit and it wouldn't put us off using this hotel again.
Great value, good location.

Just stayed for 3 nights in this Walsall Premier inn. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is brand new, very clean and quiet. The ability to be able to set the temperature of the room was great, enabling a good nights sleep.

Check in was reasonably efficient with one very friendly receptionist and one who was quite rude - highly unusual for a Premier Inn which normally has very polite staff. Our room was large and comfortable. It was very clean. Our bed was comfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilities. The shower had plenty of hot water.

The hotel is very close to Walsall town centre and so is good for access to shops, bars and public transport.

As our room overlooked the Wharf Bar, I thought it would be noisy but it was not. I would happily stay here again.
