I often use Premier Inn when I'm in the UK but I was really glad to do so again this time.
I'm not familiar with the Maidstone area so I wanted advice on where to eat, specifically Indian on this occasion. Out came the pre-printed map of the area and a few minutes later I had an excellent guide to where there was a restaurant meeting my request.
I was also impressed with the room-size and cleanliness, tea/coffee making facilities, huge flat-screen TV and the Premier Inn guarantee of a good night's sleep. I can certainly recommend this hotel, not just the location buy also the whole chain!

I stay in a fair amount of budget hotels but this one was very impressive indeed. From the genuinely friendly welcome on check-in to the spotlessly clean room with large flat screen TV on the wall, this is a quality location.

Arriving late and departing early, I didn't have the opportunity to have a good look around the riverside areas, but the adjacent Beefeater provided perfect good food for a good price. I would certainly stay here again - either business or leisure

Stayed just one night here to visit friends locally. Excellent stay where the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Loved the large TV on the wall. Right next to a Beefeater where we had breakfast with actual fresh fruit and not tinned as we have had elsewhere. Lovely location and what with it being a very sunny autumnal weekend a lovely wander down the tow path along the canal. Met with friends again at lunchtime and although this can obviously be a busy place we had excellent food, excellent service at an excellent price. Will definitely be visiting again. Handy for Maidstone as you can board a boat which takes into Maidstone central. (although I believe this is only available during the summer months - this needs to be checked though). All in all a very good and enjoyable stay. Thanks to the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful.

This premier inn is one of the best i have been to so far, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly warm and pleasent. My check-in was smooth and quick, kirsty the receptionist and a blond skinny lady managed to get us checked in even though we turnt up at 12pm on the saturday for a wedding and check inn wasnt untill 2pm. Kirsty helped my elderly dad carry his bags into his room and kept hold of his gradsons bags at reception untill his room was clean and then took them down herself. The service was trully amaizing and i was ever so grateful she is a credit to you all. The elderly lady who was on in the evening was alos lovely sorry didnt catch her name. Big thanks and will deff be coming back and will be telling friends and family.... Keep up the good work sandling

We stayed at the Premier Inn at Maidstone Sandling on our way to the Channel Tunnel, and as usual with Premier Inn we weren't disappointed. The room was ready for 2 adults and 2 children when we arrived, so we could get the girls straight to sleep. It was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and staff friendly. And as I booked on the Saver deal we only paid £39 for the room which is a bargain really - can't fault it!

I have stayed in so many premier inns all over but this one was so horrible! The bed was rock hard I woke up with a sore back and neck!. There was dirt all over the window and the walls, the towels was rock hard not soft. Every time you turn the tap on for the shower the water was coming out the pipe! 75pound? Don't waste your money!. Never going back.

The hotel was clean and the room was to the standard we have come to expect from Premier Inn. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a room near to the reception as I have trouble walking and was very pleased with the room provided. The hotel is next to the river and is a nice area to walk along.
On arrival on Sunday at about 2pm the car park was very full, the reason was probably due to the restaurant next door being very busy. When we had our evening meal at 6pm on the Sunday the restaurant was very busy inside with no tables outsde being used, our daughter had trouble finding a parking place in the hotel car park. I can see the parking being a real problem in the summer with the restaurant being popular and having a lot of outside seating right next to the river.
We did find the prices in the restaurant a little high for the food provided. But once again we found the staff in the restaurant to be welcoming and helpful.

Room Tip: I asked for a room near reception as I have trouble walking and we were given a room on he ground fl...
