Great stay for 3 nights, as we were going to Brands Hatch, easy to find, great food, hot and a good choice, staff very friendly, will certainly go back there again, only down side, the temperature of the rooms

Stayed here with my two children. We had a huge room with plenty of space, even though we had a double bed, 2 singles and a cot. Nice and clean and plenty of towels etc. Upon check in I was by myself with the baby and although it is a computerised check in there was someone to help me, we never saw the reception desk unstaffed the whole time we were there. Breakfast was okay for the price, and the breakfast staff were really helpful and friendly. They always asked if we wanted any of the extras (porridge, vegetarian option) and made sure the highchair was set up for us.
The hotel is located just a short walk from the centre and there is an overground and an underground car park, both very easy to access.
For the price we paid I think this is a good option.

Room Tip: We asked for a room at the back of the hotel as we had seen this on some reviews. Room 125 is a goo...

Room was not clean. (Hairs in the bath & body fluid marks on the wall by the loo which were easily removed with a wet wipe so no excuse). Room had many wear marks for a new hotel. Breakfast was not up to usual standard. Poached eggs hard boiled and on one morning the fruit compote was still frozen with no apology when brought to their attention. On Sunday morning the kitchen were unable to provide full breakfast menu. Not anywhere near the standard of Hastings & Ashford hotels which were excellent.

The premier inn is built on a one way system which makes it very difficult to find the entrance and also the exit from the main car park is on a hill onto a busy main road.
Check in is via a computerised machine which gives you your room cards which to me makes it a very in-personal type of service. Nobody explained to us how to use the lift so was stood there trying to work it out to actually get to our room.
The rooms where very modern and newly decorated, they had a type of cooling fan but you could not open the windows at all and this to me is not good as I like fresh cool air all the time so felt very claustrophobic. In the bath room it is very minimal with a hand soap dispenser and a dispenser over the bath and there was only one hand towel between the two of us.
The only issue that I did have during the night was a car that kept going passed the hotel which had a very loud exhaust and that had a damp buster on it that made a very loud firing noise every time in came passed.
The breakfast was served in a very hot room, the food was good and plenty to choose from and the food was hot from the buffet counter.
I have stayed in many Premier inns in my time and this is not the best for a couple of reasons but it was ok for what we paid.

Room Tip: Non really

Stayed for one night to attend party in town. As ever, with Premier Inns, very high standard. This one is new and has great amenities and standards. Rooms brilliant and their 'good nights sleep ' pledge works every time! (despite guests coming and going all night for parties/nightclubs etc.)

The Premier Breakfast was superb (as always) and really enjoyed all of it. Staff friendly and efficient. Site really handy for Maidstone Town Centre, everything within easy walking distance.
Also has nice bar/lounge area. Would recommend every time.

Room Tip: They are all good.

It was the third time I stayed in a premier inn and I have found the same excellent service. A very helpful and friendly staff and a wonderful night sleep. My friend who never stayed in a premier inn was very impressed with the good value for money.

A gem. The staff can't do enough for you. The food is excellent and good value. Bedrooms very clean and nice bedding. All in all fantastic value for money. High recommend. Even 30 mins free wifi and only £3 for 24 after that.
