Great hotel and facilities. I have stayed here on business on nine occasions but my last stay the room was far below my previous visits, just beware when not booking the upper deck your room may not be up to scatch

Room Tip: On this occasion my room was very tired and worn out......make sure you book the upper deck as these...

Stayed here for a few days whilst on business in the area. The hotel was clean and welcoming.
I used the facilities at the hotel which made the hotel better than the others in the area.
The car park was always very full whenever I got here in the evening, but these were mostly for the gym and the pool. It quieted off after 8/9pm at night.

We arrived prior to 3pm and our room was ready and wow how wonderful was our room.

The room was just perfect and lovely, the extra touches made our stay so very special.

The wedding was amazing & already we are thinking of returning for another weekend at some point in the future, must admit I cannot fault how lovely the weekend was and that is all thanks to your lovely staff, and everything you did to make our stay so very comfortable.

I will not hesitate in recommending your hotel to anyone.

Thank you again, and very much look forward to visiting again.

Room Tip: would most definately upgrade to upper deck room, or request a good room as the room we had was amaz...

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here. We emailed as soon as we booked to check whether they provide travel cots or we have to take our own, and also asking for a quiet room away from the front of the hotel as I had read previous reviews on here and we got a response from the hotel straight away.

When we arrived an hour early they let us check in because our room was ready, and the travel cot had been made up for us with extra blankets and towels for the baby which we were really impressed with, On the first eve we realised we needed some scissors to open the box of baby milk we had bought with us, we asked reception and they lent us some for the duration of our stay.

We paid the £10 extra for an upper deck room and we were really pleased we did, this is definitely worth the money, for it you get a full sky package, starbucks tea, coffee and hot chocolate, a bottle of water and really nice toiletries which they say you can take away with you. The bed is also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

During the stay I used the starbucks on site for cold drinks and a cake but I thought these were expensive and not the best quality, but that is just personal preference.

On the first day of the stay we felt the pool was a little cold, which we weren't expecting as usually hotel pools are warm, the hot tub was also colder than we were expecting but it was warmer on the next day. Another slight criticism was that the pool is only open at certain times for children, whilst this is really good so others can have a quiet swim, we found that the times we were allowed to take our 7 month old baby in the pool it was really busy with swimming lessons which was disapointing however I understand why they do it, they do provide brilliant family changing rooms though which are really helpful e.g. bigger lockers, extra big rooms with changing tables and playpens with showers in the changing room.

We went to the bar and had a lovely meal and the staff were really helpful, and we didn't think it was as expensive as some hotel bars.

All the staff at the hotel, in particular the housekeeping staff were really, really helpful and friendly and we were really impressed.

Breakfast was really tasty, during the week tea and coffee is provided at the table and at weekends its self service but that was fine for us.

On the friday night the hotel was slightly noisy late into the night which kept my husband awake, but this was due to no fault of the hotel, instead due to inconsiderate hotel guests who had attended a wedding that had been held in the hotel.

The hotel don't provide much information about the hotel in the rooms like other places do, but reception were helpful when we asked questions, they also don't provide information leaflets on what there is to do in the surrounding area, however if you have children kent life is a minutes walk away and is really good.

We will definitely look to stay in this chain again.

Room Tip: Go for an upper deck room, its definitely worth the extra money

Really wish they had a direct line to hotel, they never answer their phones, and if you leave a message they never get back to you, end up having to drive to hotel to actually talk to someone! They only seem to have call centre numbers or an email address, which as I say they don't reply to.

Stayed here for two nights prior to taking the channel tunnel to France. Good sized clean room with comfortable bed and bathroom and free wifi. The self service breakfast was excellent with a decent selection of food of reasonable quality.
As it was late we decided to eat in the in the restaurant which was average, but I was mainly put off by the staff constantly trying to sell extra drinks/side dishes, being asked once is OK but 3 or 4 times is not.
Cost under £80 for a double room which is about what I would expect to pay, will use again if travelling in the area but would eat out in the evening.

Very nice hotel with ultra friendly staff. We usually meet every weekend with work colleagues for breakfast. Service is always very good regardless of how busy they can be.
I have stayed many times in the past so i can vouch for their high standard of rooms and leisure facilities also.
