Met friends for a drink and meal here and sadly we were disappointed.
Our starters took nearly 40 minutes to appear and although the waitress was very nice, polite and apologetic when we managed to get her attention to complain, this is not really acceptable in any restaurant. The main courses were OK although some of the vegetables were too hard, bordering on raw. We decided not to have a further course as it would have taken far to long to get attention and served.
It is a large building with a somewhat dark and gloomy interior and it was none to warm either. I would imagine that it is a better place to eat and drink outside during the summer months.
Doubt that we will return any time soon.
It seems large restaurant chains in the UK struggle to provide consistently good and efficient service.
