Once again we have been to PAPAS and once again it was great. I stand corrected over the charge for rolls it would appear the first roll is free and any after that £1.00. Sorry i made a mistake. On this visit i had skate and it was excellent i also had three breakfasts during this month. All different, All were great and the staff very good. My colleagues who were with me had big breakfasts me being on a diet had smaller but no complaints. It gets very busy but the service remains good as does the quality of the food.

We visited Papas Barn on a Saturday evening as a family. Whilst the food was very tasty it was expensive for essentially fish and chips.
Given that there was not many people in the restaurant the service was slow and whilst it is appreciated that the fish is cooked to order it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks.
That said, it was nice food.

Once again, we had a Fish and Chip Lunch here. The food and service are excellent. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. Can't be faulted.

I go here quite regular with friends & have never had a bad meal. It's a little bit of a squeeze if the restuarant is busy but the food & service is a always good. it's a little bit expensive but very good quality.

I visit this restaurant quiet frequently before and after it was burnt down. Its now nice and roomy with a bar but can be improved. The doors into the place are a bit strange. The staff are nice and friendly and its great watching the food being cooked. Do not unless you do not mind paying a £1. for a roll, take one when you sit down its not free. The portions are brilliant but you do pay for it. Breakfast is quiet with a reasonable range of freshly cooked food. Always check the blackboard for specials.
My only criticisms is parking can be a nightmare and its a little expensive. But my philosiphy is you get what you pay for.
