I have been eating here on a regular basis for the last 10 years and have had many excellent meals and have recommended it to many people.
The buffet on a Sunday and at lunchtimes during the week is a fantastic experience or should I say used to be. We have noticed that during the last year the quality has dipped a little in particular the crispy duck is no longer shredded at the table and now comes on a plate pre shredded in the kitchen, which means it has usually been done before and is therefore dry, please shred it at the table as you used to do.
Overall its a great restaurant and Karen is a star and makes sure service is always up to scratch.
