“OK cinema”
Reviewed April 20, 2013

We have been here quite often, usually to see NTLive productions. All of these are very popular and you have to book seats, which makes it very annoying that you cannot book a specific seat, which means you have to get there ridiculously early if you want a decent seat and sit with your party all together.
There is an interval in these productions but for some reason cinema staff are incapable of putting the lights on when this starts, so people have to stumble out in the dark. Then when they do put them on, they forget to turn them off again until the second half of the production is well underway. Is that really so difficult to get right?
The place is moderately clean, apart from the toilets, which don't seem to get sufficient attention.
And perhaps younger visitors don't mind being addressed as 'guys' by the staff, but personally I find it really rude.
There will be another cinema soon in MK, be interesting to see if cineworld cann up their game to compete.

“good but not cheap.”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

When we have visited here in the past, its to have a wander around the shops, which are very trendy and expensive ,and then we will mooch around the amusements before ending up in the bar at the bottom of the ski ramp which is the big fascination of this building. It has everything from restaurants, shops,a nightclub and many things to keep all entertained. The shops are mainly surfer/ski shops and as for the places to eat, there is a mcdonalds,a harvester and a tapas restaurant too.Xscape is a good place to visit for an afternoon but can be very busy and things are expensive. My nephew came here for his birthday party and did the skiing and although he and his friends had a great day it was very pricey for what they all got.Great fun but is sore on the old ski rocket!

“To crowded but quality food”
Reviewed April 11, 2013

I took my son to the three attractions ,first of all the skate park was to cramped and my son couldn't even go up a ramp because it was so busy.Secondly me and my son went to do the pot holing ,what a mistake ,this is because the instructors didn't give a care if you were struggling and it was so hot in there my son had to come out because he was so hot and the rope climbing was actually pretty good .The reason I gave this a three and no lower is because of the delightful food, the ribs were to die for.

“Ok”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Came here recently hoping to amuse 2 small children but apart from the expensive cinema and skiing there's nothing cheap or free for infants to do,too many boring activity shops and not enough variety for infants,it's a shame considering how big xscape is !
