We have been here quite often, usually to see NTLive productions. All of these are very popular and you have to book seats, which makes it very annoying that you cannot book a specific seat, which means you have to get there ridiculously early if you want a decent seat and sit with your party all together.
There is an interval in these productions but for some reason cinema staff are incapable of putting the lights on when this starts, so people have to stumble out in the dark. Then when they do put them on, they forget to turn them off again until the second half of the production is well underway. Is that really so difficult to get right?
The place is moderately clean, apart from the toilets, which don't seem to get sufficient attention.
And perhaps younger visitors don't mind being addressed as 'guys' by the staff, but personally I find it really rude.
There will be another cinema soon in MK, be interesting to see if cineworld cann up their game to compete.
