Myself and my partner have visited Jasmine Cottage several times, but because of the customer service we receive, we think this will be our last. Whenever we visit, it always seems like we are in the way or 'intruding', whether they are busy or not. This is a real shame as the food is really nice, but who wants to feel like you're not welcome??! The staff never seem to smile and don't make an effort to make conversation. There is also a compulsary service charge which I'm not a fan of. If I receive nice food AND good service, I will happily tip, but I think this should be up to the customer.
