We had a 2 course meal with drinks, and despite a mix up over the orders the meal was very good, I liked the menu ! It has a good selection of authentic indian dishes which is preferable to the usual menu that is offered in other establishments. The restaurant has a large airy dining room and a private dining room, the only draw back is it's location, access is off the A666, the access road is in a poor state and I think the restaurant needs better signage both from the main road and along the access road. This could be a little goldmine with improved marketing and advertising, looking forward to going back and sampling some more of the menu,

Little hidden gem of a restaurant, fab service, quality food/drink! Excellent value for money - thought I'd been undercharged it was that reasonable.
Lovely atmosphere and open space, ample space between tables to allow privacy to the diner. Second time I have been - will be returning soon!

We visited this restaurant for the first time on Sunday 13 October 2013, having seen a banner advertising it in Swinton.
We are an older couple and really love good Asian food.
We arrived at the restaurant early but they were open and we received a pleasant welcome.
We really liked the very nice interior. The colours, furnishings, lights etc are lovely; it looked really nice and it had a restful atmosphere.
We loved the menu which was a mixture of dishes we were familiar with, together with some specials. We started with poppadoms which were really nice and did come with onions, chutney and yoghurt sauce. We ordered two chicken starters (one of which wasn't on the menu but they said the would make it for us anyway), a meat and a chicken curry which we had with rice and a garlic naan bread. All of the food was fantastic, beautifully spiced with lovely fresh ingredients. We could not fault it.
We had two large house red wines to drink and some water. The wine was great and not the grape juice type stuff.
The service throughout was really good and the staff seemed genuinely pleased to serve us.
All in all a great meal and great value - under £35 for the lot. They currently have an offer on where the main curries are buy one get one free but even at full price we thought it was good value, the restaurant was really lovely and well worth a visit. The restaurant is a little off the main road but well worth a detour. We will definitely go again.

It's a bit hard to find as it's right down the end of a dirt track. On entering there's a really weird musty smell from the loos (I think!) but once you enter the restaurant you find a beautifully decorated room (with no weird smell:-)). Service was brilliant and quick and the food was amazing! The food is presented very well and very different from other Indian restaurants. With their 2 for 1 offer it's very cheap. Would highly recommend!!

I have been here twice with my partner and will not be going to any other indian after coming to here. Due to its remote place we have never heard of it before until seeing a sign on a main road about it, buy one get the other half price. Both times we went the food was brilliant. The starter for 2 is amazing. The chilli chips are a must buy! But the garlic & coriander naan bread is the best we have ever had. The place inside is gorgeous and unlike many other indians we are not mithered or rushed off our feet. Fantastic place!
