Description: Fabulously modern, Cinnamon Fusion Indian Cuisine is a favourite among Boltons young and fashionable residents who adore the combination of fabulous traditional Indian food with a gourmet twist and funky bar scene atmosphere. Centrally located in this up and coming town, Cinnamon is one of a new breed of Bolton restaurants - hip, relaxed and with a focus on great food and great times. Decorated in deep, dark greys with hot pink accents, the Cinnamon dining room is entirely design-led, bang up to date in its sleek lines and judicious use of colours and textures, low lighting lending an intimate air to opulent proceedings. The imaginative menu is unique to the town, combining Indian classics with fine dining dishes based on well known Asian flavours and unique and delicious Indian tapas dishes, the perfect accompaniment to the excellent range of drinks available from the bar and the answer to any indecisive diners prayers.

We had a girly night at the bollywood fusion night.

There was a running buffet (all you can eat). Plenty of choice and very tasty.

There was bollywood dancing and henna painting.

The staff were very attentive and inclusive.

I have been here a number of times and enjoyed every visit.

This place has to be one of the finest Indian restaurants in England. Was there with a collegue on a Monday night and the place was not busy but the level of service and quality of food was outstanding. I had a Goan fish Curry which was to die for. There was nothing to fault in the food and non of it left when we were finished.

Food was a bit bland for an Indian (I had the chicken tikka masala but it just tasted of strong tomatoes, no flavour) but it was new when we visited so it may be better now.
