“Dinner Out”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

Went to the Wilton today for a quick lunch and was really impressed with everything. We ended up having 3 courses because the food was so lovely. Well priced, well presented and really tasty. The staff are all lovely and very helpful and the restaurant itself is lovely. Everything is clean, the place is warm and inviting and I really couldn't have been more impressed. 10/10.

“Astonished by the quality”
Reviewed January 7, 2013

Decided on an impromptu tea out with the children, something simple and easy on the pursestrings, and were amazed to have one of the best meals out we have ever had.
From the £1.75 potato wedges kids' starters, to the bacon and blue cheese topped perfect steaks, everything was absolutely first class. Would definitely recommend to anyone and visit again asap.
Surpassed much more expensive restaurants by a mile.

“New year at the Wilton.Pepsi man.”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

Had the new years eve bash last night and the team ran by fleur, Craig and mags performed absolutely brilliantly. This was the first time we had been for new years and will most certainly do it again. The food was excellent and with such variety was a credit to them. Thanks again for a great night!!!

“Total Disappointment”
Reviewed December 14, 2012

Yesterday 13th Dec 2012
Went for a booked Xmas meal for six people.
The soup was tasteless.
The Main Course - the Turkey was wrapped around Stuffing .It resembled a cricket ball and was dry. Carrots, mangetout and sprouts were not cooked, Parsnips were overcooked and mushy and the Roast Potatoes were like Black Rocks. Totally inedible and all six people returned their meal to the kitchen. Were offered £4 per person refund - not really enough for a totally spoiled reunion Also the coffee was served with icy cold milk and one of the mince tarts supplied was served broken into two.
Definately the most horrible meal I have had in my 76 years
