Lovely spacious room, very clean with a large comfortable bed. Shame about the breakfast which had empty trays which were not refilled promtly. Bacon fatty andd greasy, scrambled egg was watery. when it finally arrived! I would stay again as it is close to the motorway and therefore handy for commuters and at a great price.

I have stayed at Premier Inns all over the country and this always surpasses all others. The majority of the staff as usual were warm, friendly and welcoming. Likewise, the rooms were spotless and as comfortable as always. The breakfast is fantastic (thanks to John the chef), eggs are always freshly cooked to perfection and exactly as requested. Outstanding value for money too, as always. The way that a receptionist's misunderstanding at check-in was dealt with reveals however that the younger, less experienced new staff have much to learn from the hotel's more mature, long-standing regular staff in terms of social skills. Maybe this is more noticeable because of the exceptional service and warm, friendly approach exercised by the vast majority of the staff here. I really look forward to my next stay, it always feels like coming home!

Room Tip: All rooms here are excellent - clean, comfortable and well appointed

Once again, Premier Inn remember to get the basics right - bed and breakfast. Comfy bed, clean well-equipped room, excellent shower; good breakfast buffet and good coffee. This is what any hotel should aim to get right (and many don't!) and this one gets it spot on! 10/10

Room Tip: There is a "quiet" area. It was quiet.

We stayed here two nights and had a very comfortable stay. The room had all the usual Premier Inn quality including comfortable bed, crisp white linens,, TV, full bathroom and WiFi (half an hour free).
My only complaint was some of the breakfast staff discussing their working conditions very loudly!!
Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful

Room Tip: There is a lift to all floors so all rooms are good.
