The food is good sometimes room for improvement service is not good ,it's not consistent there didn't seem to be any management control. The drinks sevice is very slow we have been asked on a few occasions would we like garlic bread to start with while we look at the menu, and it has never arrived.Staff clean the tables down when people leave but forget to check the floor for rubbish.

Took my girlfriend and son out for my birthday on Tuesday 4th March and for a change went to Frankie and Bennies as we usually go to Chiquitos.Took twenty five minutes to ask if we wanted drinks and then brought the wrong ones.Food was okay but way expensive.A kid was constantly screaming so they turned the music up full blast stopping any form of conversation.Brought the wrong starter but ate it anywayOverall not the best of experiences so guess it will be Chiquitos again.

Went one Saturday evening. Booked the meal for 7pm. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was extremely busy and very noisy. I thought the music was too loud as we struggled to talk to one another above the noise. Also every few minutes the music would stop and an even louder rendition of 'happy birthday' would be played through the music system whilst some of the staff took a cake to the required table.

Considering it was a Saturday night the service was quite good. The food I thought was average. Wouldn't go back as it's too noisy for me and there are better restaurants around.

Love going for breakfast. Be joy the American Italian atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful - although sometimes refill coffee takes a while when busy.

Visited as a last minute choice for Saturday lunch. To be fair did not have to wait long to be seated.
Shared dough balls as a starter which were burnt but we did get a large amount of garlic butter to mask the taste. For mains I had the cheese burger which was nothing special. My wife had the goats cheese and caramelised onion wrap which was mostly onion. Service was ok but prefer Coast to Coast where it feels more of a special dining experience.
